Just saw this BBC article and if you still believe in eating only brown rice after my recent rice posts, do read this.

Brown rice contain more inorganic arsenic than white rice and this (inorganic arsenic) is a known carcinogen for numerous types of cancer too. Besides the gastrointestinal issues I warned you about, now comes the future cancer warnings.

Think I will just avoid for now and eat brown rice very sparingly.
