Live Every Day with Joy, Love and Gratitude in Our Hearts

2 June 2025

This morning, I am reminded of a blog I wrote on this day (2/6/24), about the love, life and legacy I wanted to leave behind when I die. Not sure if any of you remember this, but it was something that occupied a significant portion of my mind and made me reflect so much deeper about my own life.

William the person who inspired this post, died shortly after from his cancer, just as his oncologist told him he would, and which after they gave up on him, he turned to TCM and was told starving him would kill the cancer and cure him. At a personal level, I thought he should have just been allowed to eat all he wanted during his last days.

I was very saddened and deeply troubled by all he was going through and wish more could have been done for him. He was such a lovely gentleman with a most beautiful wife and two teenage kids. My post was written while William was still alive.

Unbeknownst to me, I was going to get a rare and near fatal stroke 2 days later on June 4th.

And the first thing I saw on my phone when I recovered from my stroke two weeks later, was William’s obituary. Honestly, I should have died too but I defied all medical records and human understanding, and recovered.

One very heartfelt thing that came about till today, was amongst his last words to his wife was to take VigourCells for life. I was always curious why she continued with it after his passing and she just told me this a few days ago. It really touched my ❤️.

Today I am really grateful to be present and to share this beautiful white flower from my polka dotted begonia with you.

So beautiful, so delicate and fragile.

As our lives can be.

So live every day as it could be our last, with joy, love and gratitude in our hearts.

Take VigourCells for life and for life.

Have a beautiful June everyone!
