2025 — A Year of Healing, Holding On, and Hope
As 2025 draws to a close, I pause not only with pride, but with deep gratitude.
This year was not just about recovery — it was about restoration.
I continued my own healing journey and learned that recovery is not linear. It can be choppy, with moments of progress and moments of setback. Yet it is real. When we set our minds to healing, the body can regenerate. Strength can return. Even after trauma, wellness is possible — when we nurture the body, guard the mind, and anchor the spirit.
I also had the privilege of walking alongside many clients on their health journeys. Some faced cancer. Some were fragile and afraid. Some surprised even themselves with how strong they became. While I lost one precious client to cancer — a loss that stays deeply with me — I am thankful that VigourCells supported many others through treatment, recovery, and renewed strength. Every life matters. Every journey is sacred.
Through it all, one promise anchored my heart — a scripture God gave me when I first started Elixir Botanica:
“Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.”
— Jeremiah 33:6
This year reaffirmed my belief in the goodness of God, the power of the mind, and the wisdom of the body working together. Healing does not always look the same, and outcomes are not ours to control — but hope, faith, and love are always within our reach.
Another verse carried me through moments of fatigue, grief, and quiet perseverance:
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.”
— 2 Corinthians 4:16
As I step into a new year, my prayer is simple:
• To serve with humility
• To walk with compassion
• To honour life fully
• And to trust God completely
To those still in treatment — don’t lose heart.
To those healing — continue to believe.
To those grieving — you are not alone.
Here’s to regeneration, resilience, and renewed life.
If I can do it, so can you. When fear rises and you feel you are losing control, pause. Take a deep breath. Compose yourself. Then take the next step and begin again.
Don’t worry if the journey takes longer than you hoped. What matters is that you keep showing up, arrive in your own time, and remember that God is always walking with you.
I am here to journey with you too. My heartfelt wish is that more lives will be saved, and more broken bodies healed and restored.
Wishing everyone a blessed and hopeful 2026.
With love,
❤️
